step 1: prepare

Use the links below to download the meditation & your journal prompts. The journal prompts can be printed for writing in or filled out digitally via your favorite PDF viewer.

step 2: get outdoors

Set aside a minimum of 30 minutes to spend outside exploring the meditation & journal prompts. This could be in your backyard, your favorite park, your balcony — wherever you have instant access to immerse yourself in the outdoors. Prepare for ultra comfort by grabbing your favorite blanket or yoga mat and don’t forget the pen before you head out.

step 3: create a new habit

Once you’ve completed this and found that it resonates, commit to repeating it. The more time you dedicate to spending with yourself & the outdoors is the more that your frequency of worthiness will integrate into your being.

step 4: congratulate yo’self

Give yourself some love for feeling worthy enough to even entertain the idea of trying this out. I’m so proud of you and will be rooting you on in spirit.
